The Fully Glazed partition walls were constructed using two systems. The Komfort Kameo 75 series partitioning system was used to form the wall abutments, corner section and door frames, and the Komfort Polar Single Glazed system for the glazing.
The glass was 10mm thick toughened and installed with dry joints to give the fully glazed appearance. Film manifestation was secured to the glass to provide some privacy and to comply with the required safety standards.
All aluminium section had a powder-coat white paint treatment.
The doors were Oak veneered and were purpose made to suit the ceiling height.
The white kitchen was designed to suit the customer’s requirements and included all the necessary storage and equipment for a busy office environment. This kitchen used units from the Howdens Clerkenwell Gloss white range and the splashback from a company called Acrylic Splashbacks
The kitchen area was cleverly marked out by a lowered feature plasterboard ceiling, constructed using the Casoline MF system. Once decorated using blue paint, this ceiling contrasted well with the surrounding white suspended ceiling.
Feature lights above the island unit and subtle light illuminating the acrylic splashback gave a pleasing look to the area.
